Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel. Loved the spacious room that comfortably held four people. The room had a small table that was useful for playing cards and having snacks. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station, making our travel to various attractions a breeze. the free breakfast was a great start to our day — simple yet delicious.

The staff had a difficult time communicating with us in English, which made it hard to communicate any concerns or questions we had. , although the room was spacious, there was very little storage space for bags and shoes, which made it hard to keep the room tidy.

The hotel is situated in such a convenient location, just a stone's throw from the station with direct train to the airport. This makes it so much easier to travel. There's a convenience store nearby so you can easily grab snacks and drinks to keep you going. the rooms are always tidy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's small room size can create complications especially in terms of space for luggage when you are a family of five.

The breakfast was a bonus with simple Japanese food that changed daily. The staff, both Japanese and Vietnamese, were friendly. The hotel's location was superb, just a minute away from Shin Imamiya Station, with a direct train to Kansai Airport. The facilities were new and clean, and the room size was adequate for two people. There was also a 24-hour front office and the option to store luggage. Additionally, the hotel was near a train station and a convenient store.

The hotel's location was very convenient since it was near train stations and a 24-hour convenient store. The staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. Plus, they offered free drinks.

The room was rather small, which didn't offer much walking or luggage space. Even though the room could occupy a family of five, it lacked enough space for five people, especially for their shoes. There was also no space for a foldable round table and one of the futon beds.

We loved the location of the hotel, with easy access to train stations and public transportation. It was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, featuring simple Japanese food that changed daily.
